Does The Small Vibrapower Slim Body Vibration Plate Contain Enough Features For A Good Result?

On first impressions, it may seem as though there isn’t all that much to the Vibrapower Slim Body Vibration Plate. There are vibration plates on the market that go for hundreds and have large bases with different movements and a large tower with handlebars and a console.
This bright red board does away with the tower and hand-rests and claims to offer everything that users need in one small board. Vibrapower are selling this as a beginner’s model with all the necessary parts to get things started. Is this accurate, or is it all just a bit too simplistic?
